A Dream Realized

I've blogged about Bughouse before--the four person team speed chess. I know that sounds either horribly intimidating, completely impossible, or a bastardization of all the glory that is chess to most people, but Chris loves it. Turns out, he has friends who really like it, too.

For a long time, Chris has been wanting to get a group together to play Bughouse for an evening. It finally happened! Between relatives, people we knew in Cherry Hills ward, people we've met in our new ward, and people we've known since Logan, Chris was able to pull together enough people who actually wanted to play and happened to be available on the same night. It was glorious. (Well, that's probably not the word that they would use, but they're not the ones writing the blog, are they?)
