Long Green Scarf

When the charcoal in the grill is super hot, and you are flipping especially greasy burgers, stand back...

...or you might end up with a burnt-hair scented perm.

"No" is not my favorite word of Jane's. It is now her mantra for everything...No, she will not put her shoes away. No, she does not want more food. No, she will not go to bed. No, she will not. Whatever it is, No. It also makes her crying sound much more pathetic when you have a string of "No! No! No!" very sadly stated over and over...it makes us sound just plain mean when we won't give in when obviously her life is so terrible!

If you eat enough boxes of macaroni and cheese, eventually one is going to stand up for its rights and beg not to be eaten.

If your noodle lands in the sink like that, I admonish you NOT to eat it. (Of course, I don't know that I would really want to eat anything that had landed in my sink anyway.)

And should I leave Jane alone for twenty minutes while I take a shower?

No.

That was fun to read. What a bummer about Chris's hair. You know that title reminds me of the movie COnfessions of a Shopaholic. She is a writer and calls herself the girl in the green scarf or something like that.

Wow sounds like you have your hands full with Jane. How are you and your baby to be doing?

Ha ha ha ha ha! I hope she didn't hurt the laptop while you showered! Always shower when they're either asleep or locked in their room. Great updates!
