Stealing the Show

On Saturday night, we celebrated Valentine's Day by going to the stake dance. Jane spent most of the time in the nursery (hooray for free babysitters!!!) and Megan slept a lot in the car seat, so Chris and I actually had some time to spend together. Towards the end of the evening, Jane came in the gym and joined in the dancing.

She danced with Dad...

she danced by herself...

she danced with the Bishop and his wife...

and she danced with more than one random stranger...

until Mom said it was time to go home...

and she screamed.

I even had comments about Jane's dancing from random people in other wards at church the next day.

Megan had fun, too.

On Sunday night, we were able to go to family dinner in Ogden with a few of Chris's aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jane and Megan wore their matching jackets. They enjoyed it, I believe...

until, of course, Megan got squished.

How can you not love that face?

What a cute little "tiny dancer." When she went to that luau with us she kept trying to climb on stage so she could dance with the hula dancers. So cute!

So glad you had fun dancing even if Jane did dance more than you :)

Yes, you're girls are beautiful! Even when they squish eachother :)

You're roses are beautiful too! Lucky duck.

Jane makes me laugh with her Daddy conversation. It's so funny as kids understand more about the world around them. Erik gets the fact that daddy goes to class and work, it's very cute!
